Salary: RN SRN Level 7 $139,433 p.a.

Position Profile: We are currently seeking to appoint a Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner to assist with developing and leading the exciting expansion of Palliative Care services to regional and remote WA. In this role you will provide advanced nursing assessment, diagnosis, care and intervention to patients and families within the scope of practice of a Nurse Practitioner in Palliative Care. You will also provide high-level clinical nursing, leadership, strategic management and governance within the WA Country Health Service (WACHS), including the operational management of WACHS wide palliative care nursing services and programs in partnership with key internal and external stakeholders.

The organisation comprises seven regions, with a strong network of public hospitals, health services and health centres located across rural and remote Western Australia.
