Remuneration: $123104.90 - $125557.29 per annum

The Nurse Educator is responsible for the planning, development, delivery and evaluation of nursing education programs at a facility or service level to support development of evidence based, person centred nursing care in the specialty of Palliative and End of Life Care.
If you have:
- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia as a Registered Nurse (division 1). Post registration clinical and education qualification relevant to palliative and end of life care
- Demonstrated ability to develop, coordinate, deliver and evaluate education and training programs
- Demonstrated advanced leadership skills, including highly developed skills in communication, problem solving, conflict resolution and negotiation
- Demonstrated expert understanding of contemporary adult learning principles with proven advanced skills in clinical teaching with expertise in the development and use of contemporary educational information systems (Blackboard)
- Demonstrated commitment to excellence in nursing practice and own professional development and the ability to motivate others
